Idaho Real Estate Pre-License Course

Evening schedule. Max 8 students. Taught by a licensed Idaho attorney and active broker. Serving the Treasure Valley.

Pre-Licensing · Idaho IREC Approved

Built for People With Full Lives

Taught by an Idaho attorney and active broker. Eight students maximum — and many classes are even smaller. This is what real estate education is supposed to feel like.

Most pre-licensing programs exist to process students at volume. You sit in rows with 30 strangers, the instructor doesn’t know your name, and you leave hoping you remembered enough to pass a test. We cap every class at eight people. That’s not a selling point — it’s the entire philosophy. You get direct access to an instructor who is a licensed Idaho attorney and practicing broker. You get real answers to real questions. You get course materials, study guides, and exam prep included.

Class is four hours, one Monday evening per week. Little to no homework. Everything you need is included. If you’re serious about a real estate career and want to learn from someone who practices what he teaches, this is the only program in the Treasure Valley built for you.

After-Work ScheduleMonday evenings, 6–10 PM. Built around your life.
Max 8 Students, EverA hard cap. Every seat gets real attention. Many classes run even smaller.
Taught by an Idaho AttorneyYou won’t just learn the rules. You’ll learn what happens when someone breaks them.
Little to No HomeworkWe cover the material in class. The evening is the education — not a preview of it.

“There were only two of us in my class. We went at our own pace and I never felt rushed. Jordan would stop and explain things until they actually made sense. I passed my exam on the first try.”

Join a Brokerage & Start Your Career

Idaho requires all new salespersons to hang their license under a licensed supervising broker. Interview a few brokerages — culture, commission split, mentorship, and support all matter. Once you’ve chosen one, you’ll also need to obtain Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, which most brokerages either provide or require you to carry independently.

This is where your career actually begins. Choose carefully.
